Digital Summit Asia Sri Lanka 2026 to Bring Asia’s Digital, Creative and Marketing Leaders to Colombo
The Digital Marketers Association of Sri Lanka (DMASL) is set to host Digital Summit Asia | Sri Lanka 2026, powered by Visa, on October 1 and 2 at Water’s Edge, Colombo. The two-day event will bring together leading professionals from across Asia’s digital, marketing, creative, technology and business sectors.
Under the theme “The Epicentre,” this year’s Summit marks an expansion of the event’s regional focus, creating a platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration and networking between Sri Lankan professionals and leading creators, entrepreneurs, innovators and industry experts from across Asia.
The Summit is centred on the convergence of creativity, technology and intelligence, exploring how new ideas and opportunities emerge when diverse industries, disciplines and perspectives come together.
The 2026 international speaker lineup includes Dissara Udomdej (Ohm), CEO and Founder of Yell Worldwide; Naved Qureshi, Business Head – Southeast Asia at Voxxy Media; Aneek Ahmed, Founder of The Outwit Company and The Certified Strategic Marketer Platform; Farah Mehdi, Client Partner, CSAA: Consumer Business at TikTok (ByteDance); Danny Advani, Head of Content and Business at Dot Media; Sundar Swaminathan, Marketing Science Advisor and former Head of Global Brand and International Marketing Science at Uber; Oliver Atkinson, Director of Narrative Strategy at Casual Films; Ovais Ahamed, Founder of Senator We Run Ads; Laurent Thevenet, Head of Creative Tech APAC at Publicis Groupe; and Kerem Gorkem Orhan, Client Partner, South Asia and Turkey at TikTok (ByteDance).
Moving beyond a conventional conference format, the Summit will feature keynote presentations, interactive sessions, breakout discussions, workshops, roundtables and panel conversations.
Key areas of discussion will include artificial intelligence, the creator economy, brand building, marketing effectiveness, storytelling, innovation and the future of digital advertising. The programme will also examine the evolving role of digital technologies across sectors such as FinTech, MarTech, travel and tourism, retail, technology, media, advertising, e-commerce, data analytics and AI.
A dedicated programme focusing on the intersection of digital technology, travel and tourism will provide industry professionals with opportunities to explore how destinations, hospitality brands and tourism experiences can strengthen engagement with audiences through digital and creative strategies.
As the event’s powering partner, Visa’s involvement highlights the growing importance of digital transformation and the role of technology, innovation and collaboration in shaping the future of industries. The partnership also supports the Summit’s objective of connecting Sri Lanka’s digital ecosystem with regional and international perspectives.
Beyond the conference sessions, the Summit will place a strong emphasis on networking and community engagement. The Night Summit will feature speed networking, talent showcases, gaming and interactive experiences, followed by the Summit Social on the second evening.
