Sri Lanka’s state-run Ceylon Petroleum Corporation has announced reductions in the prices of standard petrol, super petrol, and super diesel.
The price of Octane 92 petrol has been reduced by 11 rupees, bringing it to 344 rupees per liter.
The price of Octane 95 petrol has been lowered by 41 rupees, now costing 379 rupees per liter.
Super Diesel (Euro 4) has seen a cut of 22 rupees, making it 355 rupees per liter.
The price of standard diesel remains unchanged at 317 rupees per liter.
Kerosene, which is similar to jet fuel and quite expensive, also remains steady at 202 rupees per liter.
Sinopec Lanka has stated that it will be following the CPC’s pricing adjustments.
