This exclusive event, celebrating the top performers across all AIA markets, is traditionally held in exotic locations around the world. Sri Lanka’s participation for the 12th consecutive year showcased AIA Sri Lanka’s consistent excellence at this esteemed global event.
This year, 268 elite leaders and agents from 18 different AIA markets gathered in France for a unique convention that combined training, inspiration, leisure, and awards over five days. The event is one of the most respected annual gatherings within the AIA group, highlighting the high standards and achievements of its participants. The convention in France offered an enriching experience, blending the vibrant energy of one of the world’s most dynamic cities with opportunities for professional growth and recognition.
The Sri Lankan delegation, consisting of 12 outstanding wealth planners and wealth planners’ managers, made a notable impact at the event. The distinguished representatives were Sanjeewani Somarathne, K. Piran, P.A. Ruwini Chaturangika, W.A. Osaka, Ajith Fernando, Yashoda Rupasinghe, Rasika Sandakelum, K. Gamini, Krishan Dassanayaka, S.S. Priyantha Dias, Vinol Priyasenarath, and Indunil Kumari. They were accompanied by AIA Sri Lanka CEO Chathuri Munaweera, Deputy CEO Upul Wijesinghe, and Chief Agency Officer Chanaka Liyanage.
